Boisar is an industrial town first and a retail town second. The Tarapur belt next door means a lot of the businesses here sell to other businesses rather than to walk-in customers, and their buyers are often sitting in Mumbai or further afield looking at a website before they ever call.
That changes what a site here has to do. A shopfront site that works in a high street does very little for a components supplier whose next order depends on a procurement manager finding their specification sheet.
